Patient Survey The Locality Health Centre

Overview

The current GP contract for The Locality Health Centre expires on 31 October 2018.  

You do not need to take any action.

It will be business as usual at the surgery and you are advised to continue using GP services as normal.

The NHS is currently running a procurement exercise to find a provider for this contract to continue running the practice. This may mean that you may see some new faces at the surgery from 1st November 2018.

We would like to reassure you that we are absolutely committed to ensuring patients at The Locality Health Centre get the best quality services. So we are asking patients to fill in our survey and your responses will help to ensure that NHS services at the surgery meet the needs of the local population. The survey is short and anonymous so please feel free to comment.
