Overview

NHS England on behalf of CCG, Regional Leads for home oxygen services, is carrying out a survey to understand the experiences of people who use the Home Oxygen  Service. It would like to hear from:

  • Patients
  • Carers
  • Stakeholder groups - organisations that work with patients and carers who use oxygen treatment at home.
