Arden Hereford and Worcester - Diabetic Eye Screening Procurement

Overview

NHS England and NHS Improvement is seeking feedback from people who are eligible for Diabetic Eye Screening checks so they can better plan services for the future. It would be helpful if you could take a few moments to answer the questions in the survey. We are keen to hear from people who both attend regularly and those who eligible but do not attend for screening.

As part of the NHS Long Term Plan, we are committed to preventing illness and tackling health inequalities: the NHS will increase its contribution to tackling some of the most significant causes of ill health, including new action to help people avoid diabetes, with a particular focus on the communities and groups of people most affected by this problem.
