Guidance for Elective Hubs

GIRFT want to prepare a pipeline of future case studies and guidance documents to support the set-up and development of elective hubs.  To ensure that these documents meet your needs, we want your feedback on topics that you would find to be most useful. 

The survey is anonymous, and we only ask for your professional group to ensure we capture a range of views.  The survey will take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.
