Evaluation of the GIRFT MSK Community Delivery Programme
Overview
In December 2024, NHS England’s Getting it Right First Time (GIRFT) programme launched a programme of activity funded by the Government’s Joint Work and Health Directorate.
This GIRFT MSK Community Delivery Programme (MSK CDP) worked with 17 Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), spread across the 7 regions in England, with large waiting lists for commissioned community MSK services. The aim was to support these 17 systems to rapidly reduce their waiting list backlog, with a focus on those waiting more than 18 weeks, improving access to MSK treatment and helping people to remain economically active.
Why your views matter
We'd like to better understand the experiences of those involved in the GIRFT MSK Community Delivery Programme, and are asking people to share their insights and learning with us. Stakeholder choice is deliberate and, in this instance, we ask you not to forward this questionnaire to anyone else.
Your answers will be submitted anonymously, meaning that those analysing the data won't know who the respondents are. However, at the end of the questionnaire you'll be asked whether you'd like to have a further conversation with us regarding your answers, and if so, to provide a work email address. This is entirely voluntary.
