Fragility Fractures of Humerus Care Pathways Survey

Overview

We would like you to complete a short (2-3 minutes) survey on care pathways for fragility fractures of the humerus at your trust. It will collect information about presence or absence of formalised care pathways, components of the pathways and multidisciplinary involvement. Responses will be used to identify variations in practice and to support the analysis within the broader study examining the predictors of hospital length of stay following fragility fractures of humerus.
