GIRFT Breast Surgery Revisit Questionnaire

Overview

NHS England's Getting It Right First Time (NHSE GIRFT) programme aims to gather insights into the Breast Surgery service and its implementation across each Cancer Alliance network in preparation for a Gateway review.

This questionnaire addresses key areas about your Service such as leadership, staffing, service delivery, resources, and data.

 Although multiple individuals can access the survey simultaneously, we suggest that a nominated responder collates answers from relevant sources and submits the final version. Each section of the questionnaire indicates who we believe would be the most appropriate person to answer the questions.

We estimate that completing the questionnaire will take 15 to 20 minutes, plus a few additional minutes to return and add any requested numbers. The survey can be saved and returned to at a later stage, but please note that the survey does not autosave. A PDF version of the questionnaire is attached to assist with this review.
