Dear colleague,

You are being contacted because you subscribed to the Flu Fighters health and social care worker flu vaccination campaign in 2018 as a Flu Lead for you organisation and we want to ensure you still want to be contacted so that you can access campaign materials and be sent updates for the next flu season.

In 2019, the health and social care vaccination campaign is being run by Public Health England in partnership with the NHS and will provide NHS and social care organisations campaign materials to help you communicate the importance of staff flu vaccinations. Materials can be localised by you to suit your needs.

So, if you are a flu lead, and/or work in occupational health, health and safety, communications or otherwise responsible in protecting your health and social care workforce please update your information in the following survey.

Your contact information will be held in a secure electronic folder with limited access for up to 12 months and will only be used for the purpose of communicating information about the new health and social care worker flu vaccination campaign.
