2018 Friends and Family Test Development Project - Providers Survey
Overview
NHS England's Insight & Feedback Team is running a development project during 2018/19, reviewing the operation of the Friends and Family Test (FFT) and how it could be improved. The review will take account of learning and research so far and will be collaborative with those delivering the FFT and will involve testing of proposals to ensure any change delivers benefits.
Why your views matter
This questionnaire is one part of the review process, and gives you the opportunity to provide us with your views specifically from a provider perspective, on where the FFT is working well, and where it might be improved. You will also be able to tell us if there would be any unwanted consequences or avoidable costs from any changes.
