NHS pharmacy services patient survey for Bartley

NHS England (South) is seeking the views of local people in the Bartley area to help shape the future of local pharmacy services.

A proposal to provide pharmaceutical services under a new Local Pharmaceutical Services contract has been submitted by Forest Pharmacy. NHS England has accepted the proposal for development and is keen to ensure that the new contract meets the needs of the local community.
