NHS Standard Contract (shorter-form) - engagement questionnaire
Overview
NHS England is in the process of developing the 2017/18 NHS shorter-form Contract, for NHS Commissioners to use when commissioning certain non-primary healthcare services of relatively low complexity and value.
We are keen to ensure that commissioners, providers and representative bodies have the opportunity to feed in their views about changes which they would like to see in the shorter-form Contract for 2017/18.
Why your views matter
The questionnaire has been published to gain feedback on what commissioners, providers and representative bodies think of the NHS shorter-form contract.
For colleagues who have already responded to the Standard Contract engagement during July-August 2016, your response has been collated by the contracts team and there is no need to respond to this questionnaire on the NHS shorter-form Contract, unless you wish to respond to the particular questions we have asked.
