West Midlands neonatal review questionnaire for parents

Closed 26 Jun 2016

Opened 18 Apr 2016

Overview

We need your help to shape neonatal services across the West Midlands.

NHS England is reviewing neonatal services across the West Midlands to ensure that babies and their families have access to the right care, at the right time, in the most appropriate place.

You can help us to make sure that babies receive high quality, safe and sustainable neonatal care, wherever they are in the West Midlands. We want to understand the issues that are most important to families, so your feedback is essential. We need to know about any changes or improvements we can make to ensure the care offered to babies and their families is what they need.

In order to gain as many views as possible, we are asking parents whose child(ren) are currently receiving neonatal care or have received care within a neonatal or special care baby unit at any time over the past five years to complete the following questionnaire.
