Patient and Public Voice Partners – Survey of Committee Chairs

Closed 2 Aug 2021

Opened 1 Jun 2021

Overview

NHS England and NHS Improvement considers working in partnership with patients and the public to be central to the way that we work. We are committed to ensuring that public and patient voices are at the heart of shaping our healthcare services. By using the term “Patient and Public Voice (PPV) Partners” we include service users, carers and relatives / friends of patients, and members of the public.

This survey is for Chairs of NHS England and NHS Improvement groups, committees or boards that have patient and public voice (PPV) representation. Alongside a survey of PPV partners to understand their perspectives, we are asking Chairs to complete a survey about the difference that PPV partners have made working with NHS England and NHS Improvement. We use this information to improve our work, for example, the learning and support we offer to PPV Partners to do their role effectively.

The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. We will treat your responses confidentially. Responses will be anonymised before being published and will only be seen by the engagement team at NHS England and NHS Improvement.
