Overview

The Beneficial Changes Network is now undertaking an annual collection of learning from the frontline to gain further insight into local improvements or innovations.

These changes are not specific to those which occurred during the pandemic, rather a general invitation for submissions, via this online form, in terms of innovations or improvements in care and in the delivery of care services across the health and social care sector.

Please do not include any sensitive information when completing this form. The information you submit will be held and collated by the Beneficial Changes Network team to help us understand changes by place; clinical/non-clinical area and theme.

The data is being processed for the purpose of management of your response and the lawful basis for processing is under Article 6,(1),(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
