Children and young people audiology complex needs service provision survey
Overview
The following survey is to understand the service provision of hearing services for children and young people with a learning disability, and/or who are autistic.
The survey results will be used to support the development of a hearing checks programme for children and young people in residential schools.
The results will be used to understand current provision and facilitate
engagement.
Results may be published; however, all details will be anonymised.
This survey is not mandatory.
