Overview

Welcome to the NHS Workforce Disability Equality Standard (WDES) online reporting form.

Through this online reporting form we aim to understand the experiences that NHS trusts have had in collecting and reporting the WDES Metrics data this year.

Trusts are mandated to complete this online reporting form, as well as report their metrics data spreadsheet (which should be submitted via the SDCS). You will have received separate communications about how to use the SDCS.

The information submitted via this online reporting form, along with the metrics data, will be analysed for the national WDES Annual Report 2020 and in turn will help us to identify whether trusts are making year on year improvements in supporting the workplace and career experiences of Disabled staff.

In completing this online reporting form please summarise with key points, detailed information is not required. We would advise that you familiarise yourself with the questions within the online reporting form before attempting to complete them.

Any information that is provided on this online reporting form will be stored in line with the guidance set out in the NHS England Information Governance Policy Framework. All information will be treated in the strictest confidence and will be anonymised in our reporting arrangements.

This online reporting form should be completed and submitted by 31 August 2020.
