Overview

The purpose of the survey is to obtain the views of people who use HIV services within the Wakefield district and Dewsbury, we will take your views on board as much as possible.  This will be used in conjunction with a range of other considerations such as workforce, financial, model and locality of service.

Why your views matter

We hope to ask a few questions on the HIV service that is currently provided by Mid Yorkshire Hospital Trust. This will enable NHS England to gain an understanding in the things that are important to patients in the delivery of their HIV care.
