Survey on NHS domiciliary dental services in the Torbay and Exeter areas

Overview

The contracts to provide domiciliary dental services in the Exeter and Torbay areas are due to expire at the end of March 219.  NHS England is planning to commission new contracts to continue provision of this service and would like to ask patients who use this service for their views to help to ensure that the dental service provision will meet the needs of the local population it serves. 

The survey will only take a few minutes to complete and can be done anonymously.
