Overview

We would like to hear your views on community language interpreting services when you are at an appointment using NHS dental, pharmacy and optometry services in the South East (including Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire West and Buckinghamshire) and the Isle of Wight. We are also keen to hear your views on interpreting services at GP appointments in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

If you are aged under 16 year, you are welcome to share your feedback with us. If you’re unsure about any of the questions or responses in this survey, please ask your parent or guardian to help you.

Why your views matter

What you tell us will help to inform new interpreting services at NHS appointments that will be put in place next year. Carers, friends or family members can complete this survey with you or on your behalf with your permission. We are also interested in views from community groups able to represent the views of patients using these services. All answers are anonymous and we will keep your information safe and secure.
