Workforce deployment software survey - 2023

Overview

This survey collects data from NHS trusts on their levels of attainment (LOA) for e-rostering and e-job planning software usage across different professional (clinical workforce) groups. 

The LOA Checklist for both e-rostering and e-job planning (found at the bottom of this page) will assist providers in determining their LOA and therefore should be completed prior to completing this survey. 

Providers are required to return the LOA checklist with both the e-rostering and e-job planning worksheets completed when submitting this survey.

Why your views matter

The purpose of the national survey is to provide a baseline assessment of: 

1. software coverage and 
2. depth of software usage

to help prioritise operational support and to commence the tracking of progress against this Long Term Plan commitment, People Plan and System Planning priority.
