Cancer Alliances will define what constitutes a 'site' in their area. Service providers, will be anyone who provides screening services and are responsible for making submissions to the data set (i.e. private or NHS, whoever is contracted to deliver the LCSP service) and will submit data at 'site' level. Submissions can be made by either local sites, or by providers on behalf of local sites.
