GIRFT ENT Gateway Review Questionnaire

Overview

The Getting It Right First Time (GIRFT) Team in NHS England would like to gain a number of insights into the Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) service and its delivery within the provider trust either ahead of a Gateway Review or following a Gateway Review which has already taken place. As a result of this, this questionnaire has been compiled around a number of key themes which includes requesting data regarding the trusts catchment population, the ENT workforce, ENT Demand and Capacity, ENT clinics and operating sessions, ENT day case and inpatient facilities, ENT outpatient transformation and finally audiology. It also requests what the provider trust’s successes and challenges are in ENT and what support and/or interventions would be helpful from a number of varying bodies for the ENT service. Ahead of the questionnaire completion it may be helpful for the person who is to do this, to review it first question by question by using the original document shared by email so that they can gain the relevant data from relevant colleagues before completing this online..  This will then result in an estimated time of around 10 minutes to complete and submit this questionnaire.
