GIRFT Lower GI Cancer Questionnaire

Overview

The Getting It Right First Time (GIRFT), LGI Cancer programme is launching a Rectal Cancer review. The GIRFT Lower GI Cancer workstream aims to drive improvement in the delivery of rectal cancer services across England by identifying variation, promoting best practice, and supporting service optimisation.

This questionnaire addresses key areas about your service such as leadership, staffing, service delivery, resources, and data.

Although multiple individuals can access the survey simultaneously, we suggest that a nominated responder collates answers from relevant sources and submits the final version.

The survey can be saved and returned to at a later stage, but please note that the survey does not autosave. A PDF version of the questionnaire is attached to assist with this review.

Please note: Where the reporting period is referenced, this refers to the last 12 months from the date of completing this questionnaire.
