Pathway Evaluation Questionnaire

Closed 6 Oct 2023

Opened 11 Sep 2023

Overview

Thank you for taking the time to complete this questionnaire.  The questionnaire is about NHS England’s Getting It Right First Time (GIRFT) programme. We will ask you about your knowledge of the GIRFT programme and then collect some data on your role within the NHS.

Timing

The questionnaire should take between two minutes and six minutes to complete depending on your answers.

Data collection, processing, storage and dissemination

You can provide an email address at the end of the questionnaire if you wish, although this is optional.  Otherwise, we do not ask for any personal details about you. The primary (raw) data collected will be analysed by data analysts and researchers employed by the GIRFT programme and will be stored and analysed within secure, encrypted NHS England server space.  Aggregated, summary data will be made available to employees of NHS England and may be made available to the wider public through GIRFT publications. All data processing and publication will follow current information governance guidelines.
