NHS England and NHS Improvement transformation survey

Overview

This survey is from the Transformation Directorate in NHS England and NHS Improvement (NHSEI). The directorate comprises the Improvement Directorate, NHSX and Innovation and Life Sciences. NHS Digital will come into the Transformation Directorate over time.

By completing this anonymous survey, you will help us learn more about the implementation support we provide, your experience of receiving support, and what we can do differently to best meet your needs. We plan to use your input to shape our work and delivery approaches.

We would like to hear from executive team members from care provider and commissioning organisations, and senior frontline staff team leads, who have experience of receiving Improvement Directorate or NHSX support. The survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Responses will be collated and analysed by NHSEI Transformation Directorate staff. All responses will be treated in confidence and in line with associated data protection requirements. Data outputs and extracts (for example, as used in reports and presentations) will be anonymised. Data outputs and extracts (for example, as used in reports and presentations) will be anonymised and used in aggregate. It will not be possible to identify you from any responses when reporting or sharing the results.

Please complete the survey before the closing date of 4 January 2022. The survey will be run every 6 months so that we can track views over time.
